Lakes Region Community College gets auto education grant

Lakes Region Community College in Laconia recently received an automotive education grant as part of statewide funding for short-term automotive technician training. The award was provided by the New Hampshire Automotive Education Foundation.

Multiple sections of the eight-week training sessions will be provided at all four of the Community College System of New Hampshire campuses that have automotive programs. Lakes Region Community College, Manchester Community College, Nashua Community College and White Mountains Community College offer transportation technologies programs, according to
