March 9 Concord police log

∎ Tess Hibbard, 24, of Knox Road in Bow was arrested Feb. 27 at the Bow Police Department where she was being held on a warrant. Hibbard was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in connection to an incident the police said took place Sept. 6 at the Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. Hibbard was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court April 1.

∎ Edward Renzzulla, 31, of Josiah Bartlett Road was arrested Feb. 27 at the Concord Police Department where he turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with conduct after an accident and unlawful or unsafe backing of a vehicle. The police said the incident happened Feb. 5 at 354 Sheep Davis Road. Renzzulla was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court April 1.

∎ Shoubert Beauchamps, 33, of Bog Road was arrested Feb. 27 on a warrant and charged with default or breach of bail conditions. Beauchamps was held on $5,000 cash bail and was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 28.

∎ Cheryl Schaitel, 54, of Loudon Road was arrested Feb. 27 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension. The police said Schaitel was arrested when an officer observed her vehicle on Loudon Road and recognized that he had previously arrested the owner, Schaitel, for driving after revocation or suspension. Schaitel was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court April 1.

∎ Patrick Zurline, 20, of Loudon Road was arrested Feb. 27 and charged with violation of a protective order and default or breach of bail conditions. The police said Zurline, who is incarcerated at the Merrimack County jail, was contacting a woman whom he had been ordered not to have any contact with. The police said Zurline called and sent a letter to the woman. Zurline refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 28.
