The supplies was first passed out to Concord's homeless at the cold weather shelter at the First Congregational Church on Saturday morning, March 30, 2013. What remained was heading down the road to the Open Hands Resource Center. Rise Again Outreach also helped to give tents and sleeping bags away to Concord's homeless.
