Concord police log for April 4

∎ Adarmis Perez, 50, of Gage Hill Road in Contoocook was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with sexual assault and being a fugitive from justice. The police said the incident happened in 2010 in Concord. The alleged victim reported being abused in Concord and also in New York City, the police said. Perez was arraigned March 1 where a judge set bail at $110,000 cash.

∎ Nicholas Hughes, 23, of Concord was arrested March 1 on a bench warrant for failure to appear at Hillsboro’s district court. The police said Hughes was arrested when an officer pulled him over for having an expired inspection sticker. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and was due in court March 1.

∎ Wayde Macdaid, 18, of Dover Road in Pembroke was arrested March 1 and charged with operating without a valid license. The police said Macdaid was arrested when an officer observed him driving without his headlights on. He was given a summons to appear in court April 1.

∎ Patrick Rerrie, 35, of Terrace Road in Franklin was arrested March 2 and charged with driving while intoxicated and two counts of possession of a controlled drug. The police said Rerrie was arrested after someone observed him passed out behind the wheel of a black Jeep in the parking lot of the North Main Street Tedeschi. When an officer made contact with Rerrie he told the officer he was tired because he had just had a child, according to the police. The police said Rerrie was found to be in possession of Suboxone and Xanax. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and was due in court March 18.

∎ Michael Cole, 47, of Jennifer Drive was arrested March 3 and charged with three counts of simple assault after a domestic incident that the police said took place at his home. Cole was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court April 8.

∎ Scott Perriello, 54, of Ricker Road in Loudon was arrested March 4 and charged with negligent driving. The police said he was arrested on Sheep Davis Road after he got in front of another vehicle where two lanes merged into one, pointed his middle finger at the other driver and then slammed on his breaks when that driver pointed her middle finger at him. The woman’s car collided with Perriello’s, the police said. The other driver was also charged in the accident for following too closely to Perriello, the police said. Perriello was ordered to appear in court April 8.

∎ Deneka Chamberland, 23, of Eastern Avenue was arrested March 4 and charged with theft after the police said she and another woman walked out of the Sears on Loudon Road without paying for three pairs of earrings, a bracelet and two shirts. About $110 in merchandize was taken, the police said. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court April 8.

∎ Angelique Duhaime, 25, of Washington Street was arrested March 4 and charged with theft after the police said she and another woman walked out of the Sears on Loudon Road without paying for three pairs of earrings, a bracelet and two shirts. About $110 in merchandize was taken, the police said. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court April 8.

∎ Gary Carlson, 73, of Flanders Road in Henniker was arrested March 5 for driving after revocation or suspension. The police said Carlson was arrested after he was involved in an accident near the intersection of Hopkinton and Fisk roads. The police said Carlson hit the back of the other driver’s car when that driver stopped for a bus. The police said Carlson told the officer that if he wrote him a ticket, it would cost $250,000 “because he was in a lawsuit with the state of New Hampshire and the City of Concord,” according to the report. The officer charged Carlson, who was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court April 8.

∎ Jeremy McClure, 36, of Tougas Avenue in Manchester was arrested March 6 at the Manchester Police Department on several warrants and charged with three counts of sale of controlled drugs. McClure refused bail and was scheduled to be arraigned March 7.

∎ Kevin McCormack, a 28-year-old homeless man, was arrested March 6 on a warrant and charged with reckless conduct and default or breach of bail conditions in connection to a crime the police said happened Feb. 16. He refused bail and was arraigned March 7.
