Concord police responded to the intersection of South Main and Storrs streets in Concord yesterday afternoon after a man called to issue a complaint against the manner of operation of another vehicle. According to the police, the caller, Mark Corente, 38, of Tilton said he confronted the vehicle’s owner, at which time the owner threatened Corente. The police said the information provided by the Corente was false, and he was arrested and charged with making a false report to the police.
