Concord police investigate store robbery

The Concord Police Department is investigating a robbery that took place at Cumberland Farms on Fisherville Road.

Lieutenant John Zbehlik said Sunday that the police were looking into a robbery at the store, but he declined to give any more information since the matter is under investigation.

The store was closed early Sunday.

I understand they have received some bad rap for this recently, but no jobs were lost because the employee followed the proper procedures. The idea is not to become a target, so the company has some policies in place that are clear cut. I'm surprised they haven't released more information to be honest.

Doesn't matter if they catch the robber. Cumberland farms MO will be to destroy the job of the person who was on duty when it was robber. They have a pattern of doing this in the area. They may say they care more about the person then money, but they only care about money.
