Concord police log for Aug. 24

∎ Ashley Gregory, 22, of Manchester was arrested July 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated, disorderly conduct, possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription and two counts of resisting arrest or detention. Gregory was arrested by an officer who saw her in a parked vehicle on Monroe Street smoking what appeared to be a marijuana cigarette, the police said. The officer noted that Gregory’s eyes were bloodshot and her movements were lethargic, the police said. A glass smoking pipe containing residue believed to be marijuana and a prescription bottle containing pills were found in the vehicle, the police said. She was held on $5,000 cash bail and was scheduled to appear in court July 15.

∎ Samuel Osterhout, 23, of Branch Turnpike was arrested July 20 and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention after the police said he refused to leave the Barley House restaurant. The police said Osterhout became verbally abusive with an officer. He was held on $1,000 cash bail and $1,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court July 22. On July 21 he posted bail and is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 26.

∎ Rebekah Johnson, 35, of Alexandria was arrested July 25 and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. Johnson was arrested by an officer who saw her vehicle reverse illegally across four lanes of traffic on South Main Street and then detected a strong odor of alcohol on her breath, the police said. An officer subsequently found a homemade smoking device in plain view in the driver side door, the police said. Johnson was held on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 15.

∎ Lisa Waycott, 39, of Noyes Street was arrested July 26 on a warrant and charged with driving after revocation or suspension. Bail was set at $140 cash, which Waycott paid in full. She was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 9.
