NANCY BOILARD of Deerfield was named indirect business development officer at St. Mary’s Bank. Boilard will work to increase the bank’s indirect lending portfolio, developing new contacts and maintaining current relationships with participating dealers.

BRENDA LITCHFIELD represented the seller, Estelle Moses, and assisted the buyers, Jonathan Halle and Laureen Halle, in the Concord Commercial Real Estate sale of Chichester Commons at 114 Dover Road, a strip mall with several retail tenants. The transaction also included the contiguous 3.1 acres of land.

JIM GALLAGHER joined Bank of New Hampshire as a mortgage loan officer. He joins the bank with more than 30 years of banking and consumer lending experience and has spent the last 16 years assisting local clients with the purchase and finance of an existing or newly constructed home.

SUZANNE BRUNELLE of Londonderry joined the law firm of Devine Millimet as part of the real estate and finance practice groups. Brunelle has extensive experience with all aspects of commercial real estate, bank lending and foreclosures.

KELIANE TOTTEN of Bow was named to the Leadership New Hampshire Class of 2014. She is one of 39 associates who will begin the 10-month educational program this month. Totten is the community benefits director at Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association.

BRENT KIMBALL of A1 Freedom Financial in Pembroke was named president of the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation. The foundation’s global grant programs fund a diverse range of organizations that serve children and youth, people with disabilities, the elderly and medical research.

RYAN TOWLE of Henniker joined the board of directors of White Birch Community Center in Henniker. Towle is the vice president of Davis & Towle Insurance Group in Concord.
