BRUCE BLAZON of Concord has moved from his position in field operations for North Branch Construction into a project management and estimating position at the company’s headquarters in Concord. Blazon has served as vice president and principal of the firm since 2004 and brings leadership skills from his experience as a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran and environmental construction knowledge as a USGBC LEED accredited professional.
PETER KAIGLE of Laconia and DAVID PERRY of Ossipee both graduated with culinary arts degrees from Lakes Region Community College in 2012. Kaigle just purchased and reopened Katie Flo’s Diner on Route 3 in Winnisquam. Perry purchased the building at 777 Union Ave. in Laconia and restored it as Jilly’s Bistro, an upscale bar and grill.
DEBORAH NITZSCHKE, financial adviser with Ameriprise Financial in Henniker, has been named a recipient of the 2013 Five Star Wealth Manager award by Five Star Professional. The award goes to less than 7 percent of the wealth managers in the region. Nitzschke focuses on helping clients plan their financial goals.
