Garcia releases introductory television ad for 2nd Congressional District Republican primary

Marilinda Garcia has added her voice to the airwaves, the last major candidate in the race for the Republican nomination in the 2nd Congressional District to put out a television ad with a spot released yesterday.

Garcia, a state representative from Salem, faces former state senator Gary Lambert of Nashua and former state representative Jim Lawrence of Hudson in the Republican primary. The winner of the Sept. 9 primary will face Democratic incumbent U.S. Rep. Annie Kuster.

In the ad, which will run through the primary, Garcia narrates a list of recent scandals and alleged broken promises from Washington, including Benghazi, Veterans Affairs and the Affordable Care Act.

“It’s no wonder taxpayers are losing trust in government. We need a new generation of conservative leaders to challenge the status quo,” she says.

Over an upbeat score, Garcia says she’s “done that in New Hampshire.”

The ad isn’t the first time TV viewers have seen Garcia this summer, though. The conservative PAC Club For Growth spent hundreds of thousands of dollars airing an ad last month praising her record voting against taxes.

In his first ad, Lambert spent half of his time attacking Garcia for signing a resolution of a national conference of Hispanic state legislators, which said, in part, “legalizing the undocumented population lets us know who is living within our nation’s borders and allows our public safety representatives and first responders to focus time and resources on criminal elements intent on threatening our nation, citizens, freedoms, and way of life.”

Lawrence, who entered the primary race in June, aired an ad introducing himself to voters earlier this summer.

Garcia is the real deal - She is the future - Kuster is an old liberal lawyer lobbyist, scripted politician Kuster is an old ideas, tax and spend, democrat. Kuster is exactly what we dont need in Washington.

What a crock of you know what! Re: "It’s no wonder taxpayers are losing trust in government. We need a new generation of conservative leaders to challenge the status quo,” she says ". But she's a hypocrite when she says this type of stuff! And your newspaper Sarah is no better as the American version of like Russia's PRAVDA was of that we are supposed to be spoon fed The Truth as you see it. The reality is NOT what you wrote of: " The winner of the Sept. 9 primary WILL face Democratic incumbent U.S. Rep. Annie Kuster. " with emphasis ADD-ed but that of the winner in this District #2 of 2 might have to face Shea-Porter instead, of currently in District #1 because one of them of currently there as Federal Reps has to go, in that of the "shallk" word in Section 2 of the Flourteenth (

14th) Amendment means that Gov. Hassan has to do her duty by Article 51 of to execute the laws of the state AND of the United States for BOTH but that she REFUSE-s to do! as indicated on pages #__=___ of the Election Law Violations Report of the A.G. of July 31st, 2014 but that A.G. Joe Foster is slow to sign-off on now almost 4 weeks late !!!! of it supposed to go to the Election Law Committees of the House & Senate to deal with this so that their Article 67 elected Secretary of State can print lawful ballots since the penalty for such subtraction of our representation in Congress SHALL be reduced since we are one of the eleven (11) states that do not elect our state 'judicial officers". It's the law! And so the Chief Law Enforcement Officer REFUSES to advise the governor to DO her job!? You have got to be kidding me! Of thus needing this check-and-balance by the Legislative and/or for the opinion in the trial court case #297 in Merrimack County against Hassan for the judge there to rule RSA Ch. 662:1 un-constitutional WHEN the penalty as pre-scribed takes place, or IF the penalty were to be (future tense) applied! - - noting that post above was blinked onto here by your hardware before I had time to finishing writing it.
