Concord police log: April 27, 2013

∎ Jonathan McCarthy, 30, of North Main Street was arrested March 30 and charged with violation of a protective order and vandalism. He also had a warrant issued for his arrest for resisting arrest. He was scheduled to appear in court April 1.

∎ Valerie Watterson, 54, of Concord Gardens was arrested March 30 on a bench warrant issued for operating without a valid license. She told the police she was recovering from injuries sustained in a car accident and was booked at her residence rather than the Concord Police Department. She was released on bail and scheduled to appear in court April 29.

∎ Jacob Arcouette, 24, of Mitchell Place in Laconia was arrested March 31 on a warrant issued for driving after suspension. The police said Arcouette was arrested after he was seen yelling at traffic and smelled like alcohol. He was released on $360 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court April 22.

∎ Logan Nadeau, 18, of Fourth Range Road in Pembroke was arrested March 31 on a warrant issued in January for not paying a fine on a charge of driving without a valid license. Nadeau was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court April 2.

∎ Gary Carlson, 73, of Flanders Road in Henniker was arrested April 1 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and default or breach of bail conditions. He was transported to the court then to be arraigned.

∎ Stephen Fowler, 51, of Noyes Street was arrested April 1 and charged with simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, criminal threatening, criminal mischief and false imprisonment in connection to a domestic incident, the police said. A woman at the resident reported that Fowler had been drinking, began asking her if she was an alien and then pinned her down by her arms and throat. Fowler refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court April 2.

∎ Ashley Brochu, 23, of Beech Street in Manchester was arrested April 1 at the Manchester Police Department, where she was in custody on a Concord Police Department warrant issued for prostitution and related offenses. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court May 6.

∎ Christopher Doherty, 35, of River Park Drive in Manchester was arrested April 2 and charged with default or breach of bail conditions. The police said Doherty was arrested at Concord Hospital where he was under protective custody. An officer observed that he smelled like alcohol. He refused bail and was scheduled to be arraigned April 2.

∎ Gavin Guay, 21, of Hill Road in Franklin was arrested April 2 on a bench warrant and charged with bail jumping in connection to an incident the police said took place in January. He was also charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and receiving stolen property in connection to an incident the police said took place in December 2012 at the Walmart on Loudon Road. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court May 6.

∎ Jessica Stowell, 19, of Bow Lake Road in Barnstead was arrested April 2 at the Concord Police Department where she turned herself in on a warrant and was charged with theft and theft by deception. Stowell also had a warrant issued for not paying fines on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court May 6.

∎ Jerry Roberts, 28, of North State Street was arrested April 2 and charged with simple assault and reckless conduct. The police said Roberts was a passenger in a vehicle when he became upset with the driver and pulled the steering wheel to the side, causing the vehicle to crash. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court April 3.
