Concord police log: May 9, 2013

∎ Randy Johnson, 27, of Main Street in Laconia was arrested April 9 on five bench warrants including one from the Concord Police Department for theft by unauthorized taking. The other warrants were issued by Laconia’s district court for theft by unauthorized taking (two counts), criminal trespass, and receiving stolen property. Bail was set at $840 cash and $500 personal recognizance. Johnson was scheduled to appear in court that day.

∎ Kyle Warriner, 18, of Chesley Street was arrested April 9 on a bench warrant issued for not paying a fine on a willful concealment charge. The police said Warriner was arrested after someone reported he was possibly intoxicated and yelling at cars outside the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance and he was scheduled to appear in court the next day.

∎ Brandon Holler, 31, of Buck Street was arrested April 9 at the Merrimack County House of Corrections where he was incarcerated and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. He was arraigned the following day.

∎ Anne Welch, 57, of Borough Road was arrested April 10 and charged with simple assault. The police said Welch was arrested after she called the police asking that her husband be removed from her home and the officers found that she had punched him three times. An officer observed Welch smelled of alcohol. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court May 13.

∎ Brandon Glass, 31, of Herbert Street was arrested April 10 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court May 13.

∎ Kerry Duggan, 25, of Dakin Street was arrested April 10 by the Concord Police Department on a Gilford Police Department warrant issued for criminal liability for the conduct of another. She was then taking into custody by the Gilford Police Department.

∎ Joshua Partridge, 26, of Franklin Street in Laconia was arrested April 10 and charged with loitering after an individual reported a suspicious person near 46 Green St. A man reported seeing Partridge attempt to open several doors at the apartment complex and then sit on the front stoop of the building. The police later made contact with Partridge. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court May 13.

∎ Jessica Wilson, 35, of Fairview Street in Bethlehem was arrested April 10 on a warrant and charged with three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The police said the incident took place Sept. 8, 2012, at Suntan City on Storrs Street. She refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court the next day.

∎ Scott Woodbury, 25, of South Bow Road in Bow was arrested April 13 and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. The police said Woodbury was arrested after an officer observed him driving without any lights on, pulled him over and noticed that he smelled of alcohol. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court May 6.

∎ Terence Wigglesworth, 20, of Tan Road in Pittsfield was arrested April 14 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and resisting arrest or detention. The police said Wigglesworth was arrested by an officer who had responded to help the Loudon Police Department with a fight in progress. The police said Wigglesworth was extremely disruptive and smelled of alcohol. The charges were brought by the Loudon Police Department. Wigglesworth refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court April 15.

∎ Thomas Russell, 17, of Pleasant Street was arrested April 14 at the Concord Police Department where he turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with vandalism. Bail was set at $2,000 personal recognizance and he was scheduled to appear in court May 20.

∎ Michael Pevine, 24, of Water Street in Pittsfield was arrested April 14 on a bench warrant issued by Lebanon’s district court on an original charge of failure to display plates. The police said Pevine was arrested after officers responded to an apartment for a report of a possible fight in progress. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court May 13.

∎ Michael Sanders, 18, of Cherry Street was arrested April 14 on two warrants, both issued for violation of a protective order. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court the following day.

∎ Cassia Sanphy, 27, of West Parish Road was arrested April 14 by the Pembroke Police Department on a Concord Police Department warrant and charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The police said the incident took place Dec. 28, 2012, at 46 West Parish Road, and three rings were taken. Sanphy was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court May 20.

∎ Timothy Russell, 17, of Pleasant Street was arrested April 14 and charged with false imprisonment and harassment in connection to a domestic disturbance. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court May 15.

∎ Daphnae Webster, 28, of Shasta Street in Manchester was arrested April 14 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and default or breach of bail conditions. The police said Webster was arrested after an officer observed her driving in a vehicle with an expired registration sticker. She was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in court April 29.

∎ Michael MacMaster, 32, of Loudon Road was arrested April 15 at the Concord Police Department where he turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with driving after revocation or suspension. MacMaster was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court May 20.

∎ Troy Williams, 31, of Concord Street in Belmont was arrested April 15 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, default or breach of bail conditions and stalking. The police said Williams had been ordered to have no contact with a female who was in his car at the time he was pulled over. He was released on $3,000 bail and scheduled to appear in court April 16.

∎ Russell Blodgett, 53, of Manchester Street in Manchester was arrested April 15 by the Manchester Police Department on a Concord Police Department warrant and charged with bail jumping. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court the following day.

∎ Amanda Carey, 34, of Longwoods Road in Deering was arrested April 16 on a warrant issued by the Campton Police Department for issuing bad checks. The police said Carey was reported after the police responded to a call for a domestic disturbance happening in the parking lot of Concord Hospital. Bail was set at $2,000 personal recognizance and Carey was scheduled to appear in court May 6.
