Concord police log for June 27

∎ Nitasha Lanigan, 27, of Steeple View was arrested June 5 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension. The police said Lanigan was pulled over when an officer observed her driving in a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. The officer found that Lanigan did not have a valid license, the police said. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 29.

∎ Reginald Follansbee, 66, of North Main Street was arrested June 5 and charged with transportation of alcohol in an open container. The police said Follansbee was arrested when an officer was sent to the Thrifty Pines store for a report of a possible open container in a car. The officer saw a can of beer in an empty car, then found that Follansbee was the owner, the police said. Follansbee said he did not drink anything out of the can and the officer noted that Follansbee did not appear intoxicated. He was issued a summons and ordered to appear in court July 25.

∎ Jeremy Merrill, 37, of Gilmanton was arrested June 6 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and two counts of driving while intoxicated after the police said he was involved in a motor vehicle crash on Hoit Road. An officer noticed vomit on the ground outside of the car and said Merrill was unable to keep his balance. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 24.

∎ Enrique Barretto, 27, of Manchester was arrested June 6 and charged with theft, default or breach of bail conditions and resisting arrest or detention. The police said Barretto stole a home theater system from the Sears on Loudon Road and then ran from the area. Barretto was later seen by an officer in a corner of the mall parking lot. The police said he ran from the officer, dove into a retention pond and swam toward the Regal Cinema’s lot. Barretto was found hiding in an area of the swamp with thick brush, the police said. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 7.

∎ Deanna Osgood, 25, of Wheaton Avenue was arrested June 6 and charged with two counts of simple assault in connection to a domestic disturbance, the police said. A man reported that Osgood hit and scratched him, the police said. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 8.

∎ Jean Cyr, 52, of Pembroke Road was arrested June 6 and charged with having a false inspection or registration sticker after an officer observed that her inspection sticker appeared to be held on by tape and pulled her over. She was issued a summons and ordered to appear in court July 15.

∎ Steven Tilton, 57, of St. Petersburg, Fla., was arrested June 7 and charged with an open container violation after the police said he was seen drinking vodka in front of 80 Storrs Street. He was issued a summons to appear in court.

∎ Mary Ann Hensley, 33, of North Main Street was arrested June 7 on a warrant for a parole violation. She was transported to the women’s prison in Goffstown pending a violation hearing.

∎ Thomas Chamberland, 27, of Laconia was arrested June 7 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension. He was issued a summons and ordered to appear in court July 29.

∎ Roy Aikens, 50, of North Main Street was arrested June 7 and charged with criminal trespass after the police said he refused to leave the Prescription Center on North Main Street. The police said he appeared to be intoxicated. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 10.

∎ Dominique Servitelli, 17, of Elmwood Avenue was arrested June 7 and charged with possession and use of tobacco by a minor. She was issued a summons for the tobacco possession and also for not wearing a seat belt and ordered to appear in court July 15.

∎ Allayn Ferry, 56, of Warner was arrested June 8 and charged with operating on a suspended registration after she was pulled over in a vehicle with a broken tail light, the police said. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 8.

∎ Victoria Manter, a 42-year-old homeless woman, was arrested June 8 and charged with possession of alcoholic beverages on public property. The police said she was drinking from a box of Franzia wine in the parking lot of the men’s state prison. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 8.

∎ Bruce Terrio, 30, of Cricket Lane was arrested June 8 on a bench warrant for not paying a court fine, the police said. Terrio paid the amount, $302.50, in full and was released, the police said.

∎ Martha Delong, 25, of Boscawen was arrested June 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated after the police said she was involved in a motor vehicle crash. An officer who responded found that Delong and a man had been in the vehicle and both smelled of alcohol. While both originally said the male was driving, that man later said Delong had been driving at the time of the accident, the police said. Delong’s cell phone was also found on the floor in front of the driver’s seat, the police said. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 1.

∎ Carey Spear, 41, of Crestwood Drive was arrested June 8 and charged with possession of alcohol on public property after the police said he was seen with a can of beer in the parking lot of the Storrs Street Market Basket. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 10.

∎ Briannah Parlin, a 21-year-old homeless woman, was arrested June 9 and charged with theft and two counts of possession of a controlled drug. The police said Parlin was seen putting several items in a bag while in the Fort Eddy Road Hannaford, then walking out of the store without paying. When Parlin was approached by an officer outside, she told them that she was waiting for her boyfriend who had money to pay for the nearly $50 in groceries she took, the police said. At the station, the police said an officer found that Parlin was hiding a glass smoking pipe in her underwear. After Parlin said the pipe was used to smoke crack, she was taken to Concord Hospital for a medical evaluation. There, she was found to be concealing other drugs, the police said. She was held on $5,000 cash bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 10.

∎ Damon Rothwell, 21, of Loudon was arrested June 9 and charged with prowling and resisting arrest or detention after an officer driving on Perly Street noticed him running quickly across the street and noticed a woman nearby yelling at him, the police said. Rothwell continued to run as the officer approached him, then refused to tell the officer why he was running other than saying he was out for a jog. The officer noted from Rothwell’s behavior that he believed Rothwell was under the influence of alcohol and possibly drugs. He was held on $2,000 cash bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 10.
