Concord police log for July 3

∎ Andrea Watkins, 20, of Nashua was arrested June 16 on a warrant and charged with conduct after an accident. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 15.

∎ Pralad Thapa, 17, of Concord Gardens was arrested June 16 and charged with operating without a valid license. The police said Thapa was involved in a minor car crash in a parking lot. An officer responding found that Thapa had an application for a driver’s license and was scheduled to take his driving test the next day. He was issued a summons and is scheduled to appear in court July 29.

∎ Enrique Barretto, 27, of South Beech Street was arrested June 17 at the Merrimack County House of Corrections and charged with theft and default or breach of bail conditions. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 18.

∎ Susan Marston, 48, of Shaker Road was arrested June 17 on warrants and charged with two counts of criminal trespass and two counts of making a false report to law enforcement. The police said Marston twice gave the police her sister’s name rather than her own when being arrested in May for criminal trespassing, resulting in the false report charges. She refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 18.

∎ Marcus Dunleavey, 37, of Cricket Lane was arrested June 18 on a bench warrant for not paying a fine on an original charge of criminal mischief. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 19.

∎ Janet Laurie Smith, a 46-year-old homeless woman, was arrested June 18 and charged with criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions after the police said she was inside Shaw’s on Fort Eddy Road after being ordered to not enter the premises. She refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 19.

∎ Kourtni Cosgro, 20, of Pine Acres Road was arrested June 18 at the Concord Police Department where she turned herself in on a warrant and was charged with conduct after an accident. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 29.
