Going green
An overnight prank forced an Arizona State University landmark to go green.
The Arizona Republic reported the giant A on ''A'' Mountain in Tempe near Sun Devil Stadium was painted green sometime early yesterday morning.
Students attribute the prank to University of Oregon fans. The two schools faced off in a football game last night.
ASU students had painted the A black ahead of the game and said as of 3 a.m. yesterday, the letter was still black.
Students have traditionally kept watch over the mountain before games with rivals.
