The Insiders: All-you-can-eat pizza? Challenge accepted

Four of our favorite words in the English language, when strung together at least, are all-you-can-eat. Assuming, of course, that the word following it is not anchovies or peas. But pizza? Now you’re talking. Actually, we’re talking, and we’re talking about this afternoon’s all-you-can-eat pizza fundraiser at South Congregational Church to raise money for its senior high youth group’s upcoming trip to Pipestem, W. Va.

The fundraiser will run from 4:30 to 6 p.m. and is a family-friendly affair featuring entertainment in the form of board games. But let’s be honest – the star of the day is the pizza. For $7, you can chow down as much as you can handle.

∎ ∎ ∎

You can work up a significant appetite before the fundraiser by exercising for hours. Or, you could watch others exercise for hours, as the final rounds of the Black Ice Pond Hockey tournament will showcase the top teams from this year’s event. The day begins at 9 a.m. with a full slate of eight semifinal contests, with four more semifinals following at 9:46 a.m. and championship tilts immediately on their heels.

I like peas!

all-you-can-it looks more like a one word, because separately these 4 words would each have a different meaning. :) there is a project called where you would probably find people favoring the word pizza or all-you-can-it. :) all-you-can-it pizza sounds like fun, and yes, like a challenge too. :)
