∎ Alan Poneleit, 51, of Dawn Drive was arrested March 7 and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated after he told an officer who observed him standing near his vehicle while intoxicated that he planned to call a cab and then proceeded to drive, the police said. Poneleit was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 8.

∎ Jessica Thistle, 22, of Youngs Hill Road in Loudon was arrested March 8 and charged with theft after the police said she attempted to take several DVDs and CDs from the Walmart on Loudon Road. She refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court March 11.

∎ Bryce Lewis-Hamel, 24, of Blossom Street in Nashua was arrested March 8 on a bench warrant stemming from an original charge of simple assault. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court March 12.

∎ Steven Mann, a 51-year-old homeless man, was arrested March 9 on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court. Mann was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court March 12.

∎ Robert Forsythe, 31, of Portsmouth Street was arrested March 9 on a warrant and charged with simple assault in connection to an incident the police said took place Dec. 6, 2012. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 15.

∎ Kristopher Perkins, 17, of Berry Pond Road in Pittsfield was arrested March 9 and charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another after the police said he was with a woman who stole several items from the Sears on Loudon Road. He was released on $7,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 8.

∎ Courtney Barrett, 41, of Concord Gardens was arrested March 9 and charged with operating without a valid license and driving while intoxicated after an officer observed him fail to make a complete stop at a red light before turning and running another red light. The officer observed that Barrett’s eyes were bloodshot and he smelled of alcohol. Barrett was unable to pay the $5,000 cash bail and was scheduled to appear in court March 11.

∎ Gina Suma, 44, of Spring Street was arrested March 9 and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after the police said she stole groceries from the Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. She refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court March 11.

∎ Courtney Barrett, 41, of Concord Gardens was arrested March 9 and charged with vandalism, unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass. The police said Barrett was arrested after getting in a fight with a woman, breaking a door and then driving away from the residence. Bail was set at $5,000 cash and Barrett was scheduled to appear in court March 11.

∎ Abigail Timberlake, 17, of Crocket Drive in Bow was arrested March 9 and charged with theft after the police said she took three packs of earrings from the Claire’s on Loudon Road. She was issued a summons to appear in court April 15.

∎ Christopher Bauman, 22, of Thomas Street was arrested March 10 at the Concord Police Department where he turned himself in on warrants issued for false report on an accident and criminal trespassing. He was released on $12,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 8.

∎ Alexander Vinecnt-Smith, 22, of Spruce Street was arrested March 12 on four warrants issued for reckless operation, two counts of driving after revocation/suspension and simple assault-mutual combat. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court March 13.

∎ Keith Dulin, 27, of Monson, Mass., was arrested March 12 and charged with operating without a valid license and conduct after an accident after a woman reported to the police that her car had been struck by a vehicle and the driver left the scene. An officer later stopped Dulin’s vehicle, which matched the description given by the woman. Dulin denied being on the road where the accident occurred, the police said. Dulin was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 15.

∎ Jonathan Hopkins, a 40-year-old homeless man, was arrested Mach 12 and charged with disorderly conduct after a caller reported that while panhandling near Interstate 93 he kept hitting the crosswalk button to get traffic to stop more frequently. He was issued a summons and told to appear in court April 15.

∎ Janet Marston, 48, of Bodwell Road in Manchester was arrested March 13 at the Manchester Police Department where she was being held on a Concord Police Department warrant. She was charged with four counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, three counts of theft by deception and one count of prostitution or related offenses. She was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 15.

∎ Aaron Cantara, 26, of Elizabeth Drive in Boscawen was arrested March 13 and charged with misuse or failure to display plates after an officer observed him driving in a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. An officer later realized that the plates on Cantara’s vehicle were registered to another car, the police said. He was issued a summons to appear in court April 15.

∎ Matthew Rosen, 25, of Dwinnell Drive was arrested March 13 on a warrant and charged with unsworn falsification that occurred Oct. 23, 2012, the police said. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 15.

∎ Brian Doyle, a 45-year-old homeless man, was arrested March 13 on a warrant for speeding and also charged with default or breach of bail conditions. Doyle refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court March 14.

∎ Michael Harper, 44, of Pleasant Street was arrested March 13 on a warrant issued for not paying a fine. Harper was unable to pay the fine, was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to appear in court March 14.

∎ Brandon Holler, 31, of Humphrey Street was arrested March 14 at the Merrimack County House of Corrections on a warrant and charged with four counts of receiving stolen property and four counts of forgery. The police said the incidents took place in October 2012, December 2012 and January 2013. He was scheduled to appear in court March 15.
