Concord crime log: April 7, 2013

∎ Jason Sullivan, 36, of Pleasant Street was arrested March 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated after the police were notified that he had been refused alcohol at the Loudon Road Buffalo Wild Wings and then left in a vehicle. The police said an officer observed the vehicle almost hit a curb, swerve and cross several lines. Sullivan was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and was due in court April 1.

∎ Harry Farmer, 25, of Gray Park in Gray, Maine, was arrested March 15 at the Concord Police Department where he turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with conduct after an accident, which occurred Feb. 16 in the Fort Eddy Road Shaws parking lot, the police said. Farmer was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court April 15.

∎ Michael Hutchins, 25, of Saratoga Court in Bedford was arrested March 15 at the Concord Police Department where he turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with conduct after an accident. The police said the incident took place March 2 near the Interstate 93 southbound Exit 14 ramp. Hutchins was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court April 15.

∎ James Richardson, 61, of High Street in Pembroke was arrested March 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated. The police said Richardson was arrested after he went to the U.S. Department of Transportation Office while intoxicated and attempted to dispute the suspension of his commercial driver’s license. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and was due in court April 1.

∎ Daniel Shea, 21, of North Main Street was arrested March 16 and charged with vandalism after a woman reported that he had thrown a can of cashews and a candle, breaking a window with the can of cashews. Shea refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court March 18.

∎ Jason Reissfelder, 29, of Loudon Road was arrested March 16 and charged with theft after the police said he took a video game valued at $30 from the Sears on Loudon Road. Reissfelder was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court April 29.

∎ Catherine Craig, 50, of South Street was arrested March 16 and charged with possession of an alcoholic beverage on public property after an officer saw her take several sips of an open bottle of Zhenka vodka while in Bicentennial Square. She was released with a city ordinance complaint and is due in court April 29.

∎ Robert Dunlap, 19, of Hall Street in Manchester was arrested March 16 at the Concord Police Department where he turned himself in on a bench warrant for possession of a controlled drug. He was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail is due to appear in court April 15.

∎ Gregory Davies, 29, of Rocky Ledge Road in Windsor was arrested March 16 on a warrant and charged with theft from a Concord Shell gas station. The police said two cans of Mike’s Hard Lemonade were stolen. Davies was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 29.

∎ Charles Cruz, a 37-year-old man currently incarcerated at the state prison in Berlin was arrested March 16 on a warrant and charged with burglary. The police said a bag, a computer, a Wii and four controllers were taken from a South Main Street apartment. Cruz was scheduled for an arraignment March 18.

∎ Amanda Pelissier, 27, of Georges Drive in Tilton was arrested March 17 on a bench warrant issued for willful concealment and shoplifting. The police said Pelissier was arrested when an officer observed her speeding, pulled her over and saw there was a warrant for her arrest. Bail was set at $200 cash, which she posted. She is scheduled to appear in court April 29.

∎ James Tirrell, 42, of Alton Woods Drive was arrested March 17 on a bench warrant issued for driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The warrant had been issued in May 2007, the police said. Tirrell was unable to pay bail and was scheduled for arraignment March 18.

∎ Jonathan McCarthy, 30, of North Main Street was arrested March 17 on warrants for theft by unauthorized taking and simple assault. The police said McCarthy was arrested after he was involved in a fight and an officer saw there were warrants out for his arrest. Bail was set at $1,000 cash. McCarthy was scheduled to appear in court March 18.

∎ Shaun White, 33, of Loudon Road was arrested March 17 on a warrant and charged with sale of a controlled drug. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and was due to appear in court March 25.

∎ Holly Pickering, 28, of Jennings Drive was arrested March 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated second offense, transportation of alcohol in an open container and criminal trespassing. The police said Pickering was arrested when someone reported a truck spinning its tires in his field. An officer found Pickering in the vehicle, observed a strong odor of alcohol and found a cup with red liquid in it believed to be alcohol. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 8.

∎ Shannon Halloran, 22, of West Huntress Pond Road in Center Barnstead was arrested March 18 and charged with reckless conduct, driving after revocation or suspension, unlawful or unsafe backing of a vehicle, possession of controlled drugs and possession of drugs. The police said Halloran was arrested after an officer saw her make an illegal right turn at a red light and tried to pull her over. When the vehicle pulled into a spot, the officer saw a female driver and a male passenger attempt to switch seats. As they were struggling to switch seats, the officer observed the rear lights come on and the vehicle began to roll back toward the patrol car, the police said. The male driver was not able to reach the brake and the car rolled into the police cruiser, the police said. Halloran’s license was suspended at the time, the police said. She was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court April 29.

∎ William Strickland, a 53-year-old homeless man, was arrested March 18 and charged with transportation of alcohol, open container. The police said Strickland was arrested after officers responded to a vehicle being stuck and found Strickland, a passenger, to have a nearly empty cup believed to have alcohol in it. Officers observed that Strickland had bloodshot eyes and smelled of alcohol, according to the police. He was issued a summons to appear in court April 29.

∎ Tony Bumpas, 24, of Depot Street in Pittsfield was arrested March 19 on a bench warrant. The police said Bumpas was arrested at Concord Hospital where he was being uncooperative with the staff and video recording the incident with his cell phone. The police noted that Bumpas fell asleep several times as the police tried to arrest and book him. He was arraigned at Concord’s district court that day.

∎ Brittany Reed, 21, of Millstone Avenue in Manchester was arrested March 19 on a bench warrant after an officer responded to an accident in a Storrs Street Blockbuster parking lot and saw that Reed, one of the involved individuals, had a warrant out for her arrest. The warrant was issued by Concord’s district court for not paying fines, the police said. One of Reed’s friends brought the $385 she owed to the police station, according to the police. Reed was released at that time.
