Concord police log April 25

∎ Cody Auterio, 20, of Concord was arrested March 25 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension. He was issued a summons and ordered to appear in court April 29.

∎ Tyler Splett, 28, of Manchester Street was arrested Mach 23 on a warrant and charged with issuing bad checks. There was also an active warrant for his arrest from the Bow Police Department for theft by unauthorized taking, the police said. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail, scheduled to appear in court April 29 and turned over to the Bow Police Department.

∎ Brian Cornock, 47, of Gordon Court was arrested March 24 and charged with conduct after an accident, driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest or detention. The police said Cornock was intoxicated, got into a car accident at the Tea Garden and then left the scene. Bail was set at $5,000 cash for two of the charges and $2,000 personal recognizance for the other. He was scheduled to appear in court March 25.

∎ Shawn Santone, 27, of Gorham was arrested March 24 at the Concord Police Department where he turned himself in and was charged with harassment in connection to a domestic violence charge. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Berlin’s district court April 16.

∎ Michell Watson, 23, of Beacon Street was arrested March 24 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension after an officer observed her driving in a vehicle with an expired registration sticker, the police said. The officer found that Watson’s license had been suspended. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court April 29.

∎ Brian Webb, 24, of Church Street was arrested March 24 and charged with simple assault in connection to a domestic incident, the police said. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court April 29.

∎ Ashley Schultz, 32, of Franklin was arrested March 24 and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The police said she had been taken into custody by the Franklin Police Department on a Concord Police Department warrant. Bail was set at $5,000 personal recognizance and Schultz was scheduled to appear in court April 29.

∎ Robert Lower, 44, of Danbury was arrested March 25 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension. The police said Lower was arrested after an officer pulled him over for driving in a vehicle with a broken brake light, then found that Lower had an active warrant for failure to pay a court fine. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court April 29.

∎ Brendan Carmody, a 20-year-old homeless man, was arrested March 25 and charged with second degree assault and two counts of vandalism after the police responded to a domestic incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street. The police said a television was broken during the incident. A woman reported that Carmody slapped her in the face. Bail was set at $5,000 cash and he was scheduled to appear in court March 25.

∎ Daphnae Webster, 28, of Cherry Street was arrested March 26 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension. Webster was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court April 29.

∎ Michael Duffy, 59, of Lilac Street was arrested March 26 and charged with simple assault in connection to a domestic incident, the police said. The police said Duffy appeared intoxicated and assaulted a relative. The police said he was argumentative while being arrested. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court March 27.

∎ Alyssa Roy, 18, of Boscawen was arrested March 27 at the Concord Police Department where she turned herself in on warrants and was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unlawful possession of alcohol and default or breach of bail conditions. The police said she stole merchandise from the state liquor store on Storrs Street. She was released on $1,5000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court April 29.

∎ Joseph Schultz, 19, of Whittaker Circle was arrested March 27 at the Concord Police Department where he turned himself in on warrants and was charged with bail jumping. He was released on $15,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court April 29.

∎ Jamie Tiede, 32, of Barnstead was arrested March 30 on a warrant issued for not appearing in court. Bail was set at $572 which Tiede paid, the police said.
