Concord Police Log: May 19, 2013

∎ Denise Wescott, 33, of Higgins Place, was arrested May 4 at the Concord Police Department where she turned herself in on a warrant and was charged with criminal trespass in connection to an incident the police said took place the previous day at Walmart on Loudon Road. Wescott was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court June 10.

∎ Two men, both homeless, were arrested May 5 and charged with criminal trespassing after the police observed them to be on private property near the Holiday Inn on North Main Street, the police said. Herbert Thibeault, 49, who was also charged with consumption of liquor on private property was issued a summons to appear in court June 17. Keith Coomer, 58, also was issued a summons and scheduled to appear in court June 17.

∎ Seven homeless individuals and two others were arrested May 6 and charged with criminal trespassing. The homeless individuals arrested were, 45-year-old John Sheehan, 50-year-old Brian Herra, 49-year-old Herbert Thibeaut, 51-year-old Craig Laber, 50-year-old Robert Glodgett, 46-year-old Allen Leclair and 36-year-old Benjamin Berry. Berry, Leclair, Sheehan and Glodgett were issued summons and scheduled to appear in court June 17. Herra, Thibeaut and Laber were issued summons and scheduled to appear in court June 24. Also arrested that day were 53-year-old William Strickland of South State Street and 50-year-old Michael Morin of Jackson Street. Strickland and Morin were each charged with criminal trespass and issued a summons to appear in court June 17.

∎ Ashley Omara, 17, of South State Street, was arrested May 6 at the Concord Police Department where she turned herself in on a warrant and was charged with simple assault and second-degree assault. The police said the incident took place April 19 at the Rumford School. She was released on $6,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court June 24.

∎ Michelle Egounis, 36, of Mill Street, was arrested May 6 on several warrants issued for bail jumping and driving after revocation or suspension. She refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court May 7.

∎ Nicholas Shiek, 39, of Concord, was arrested May 6 on a warrant and charged with three counts of vandalism, reckless conduct placing another in danger and operating without a valid license The police said the charges stemmed from a domestic dispute. When officers attempted to arrest Shiek, the police said he was not cooperative. He was then charged with resisting arrest or detention. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court May 7.

∎ Carey Spear, 41, of Crestwood Drive, was arrested May 6 on a warrant issued for not paying child support, the police said. Bail was set at $1,500 cash.
