Concord begins fall leaf pickup

Concord’s fall leaf pickup will begin tomorrow.

Residents should place piles of unbagged leaves at their curbs, City Manager Tom Aspell wrote in his weekly newsletter.

Three crews will work to collect the leaves: One will begin at the Bow town line on South Street and move north; another will begin at Elm Street in Penacook and move south; and a third truck will work north from Manchester Street along the east side of the Merrimack River.

Weather permitting, the pickup will continue until about Dec. 13, Aspell wrote.
