Tilton man accused of threatening others with knife
A Tilton man has been accused of threatening others with a knife in Laconia.
The Laconia Police Department said officers responded to a call of a man making threats with a weapon Friday. Three people at the scene told officers that Tilton resident Samly Sysouphanh was threatening them with a knife.
Officers arrested Sysouphanh and charged him with criminal threatening with a deadly weapon.
He is being held at Belknap County Jail and couldn’t be reached for comment. He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
