Concord police log: July 6, 2013

∎ Braden Lynn, 19, of Isle of Palms, S.C., was arrested May 20 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by officers responding to a report of an underage drinking party on Thackary Road, the police said. He was issued a summons to appear in court June 10.

∎ Sara Senter, 18, of Clarke Lane in Hopkinton, was arrested June 15 and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol. The police said Senter was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over for having a broken headlight. The police said the officer noted the smell of alcohol coming from the car. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 15.

∎ Kerri-Maria Phaneuf, 42, of Clematis Circle, was arrested June 17 and charged with simple assault and criminal trespass in connection to a domestic disturbance, the police said. A woman reported that Phaneuf had assaulted her and refused to leave her home, the police said. Phaneuf was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 29.

∎ Jesse Deflorio, 21, of Garvins Falls Road, was arrested June 17 and charged with obstructing the report of a crime or injury, vandalism and default or breach of bail conditions. The police said Delflorio was in a fight with a woman and kept her from calling the police by throwing her phone on the ground. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court that day.

∎ Brandon Lamprey, 23, of Quincy Street, was arrested June 17 and charged with theft after the police said he stole a camera from the Sam’s Club on Loudon Road. At the time of his arrest, the police said Lamprey was in possession of a straight-edge razor and a hypodermic needle, which was taken as evidence to be tested at the state lab. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 18.

∎ Jason Perez, 35, of Warren Street, was arrested June 17 and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. At the same time, 27-year-old Stephanie Fish of Warren Street was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal liability for the conduct of another. The police said Perez and Fish were stopped by an employee at the Sears on Loudon Road after they were observed taking several boxes of jewelry. Bail was set at $500 cash for Perez and $1,000 cash for Fish. Both were scheduled to appear in court June 18.

∎ Shelby Weston, a 47-year-old homeless man, was arrested June 18 and charged with criminal trespass, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and default or breach of bail conditions. The police said Weston was observed putting a sub sandwich inside his pants while at the Shaw’s on Fort Eddy Road. Weston had previously been ordered to not trespass at that property. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 19.

∎ Roy Aikens, 50, of North Main Street, was arrested June 19 and charged with default or breach of bail conditions after the police said he was observed being intoxicated after a judge ordered him to refrain from any use of alcohol. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court that day.

∎ Sarah Leech-Black, 29, of Mad River Road in Campton, was arrested June 20 and charged with willful concealment and default or breach of bail conditions after the police said she was observed taking several items from the Concord Co-Op Market. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court June 20.

∎ John Sheeham, a 46-year-old homeless man, was arrested June 21 and charged with resisting arrest or detention and possession of alcoholic beverages on public property after the police said he was observed drinking a beer on North Main Street. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 24.

∎ Breanna Fields, 18, of Main Street in Franklin, was arrested June 21 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, driver’s license prohibitions, default or breach of bail conditions, possession of drugs and two counts of possession of controlled drugs. The police said Fields was arrested by an officer who recognized her from previous contact and knew she had an active warrant out for her arrest. The police said drugs were found inside her vehicle, including more than a dozen used needles, numerous burnt spoons, two glass smoking pipes believed to be used to smoke crack and a smoking pipe containing marijuana. She refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 21.

∎ Eathan Snow, 20, of Chablis Terrace, was arrested June 21 at the Concord Police Department, where he turned himself in on a warrant issued for negligent driving. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 24.

∎ Michael Michaud, 30, of Monroe Avenue in Allenstown, was arrested June 21 by the Allenstown Police Department on a Concord Police Department warrant and charged with issuing bad checks. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court June 29.

∎ Caitlyn Ladd, 25, of Sweatt Street in Boscawen, was arrested June 21 and charged with theft after the police said she was seen stealing clothing from the Sears on Loudon Road. She was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court June 21.

∎ Patrick Rerrie, 25, of Concord, was arrested June 22 on a bench warrant issued for not paying a fine on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court June 22.

∎ Daniel Prescott, 23, of Alice Drive, was arrested June 22 on a bench warrant and also was charged with possession of controlled drugs. The police said Prescott was arrested after officers responded to his home on a report of a domestic dispute and found there was a warrant out for his arrest. During the booking process, Prescott was found to be in possession of a substance believed to be marijuana. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 24.

∎ David Partain, a 27-year-old homeless man, was arrested June 22 and charged with being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of controlled drugs. He refused bail and was scheduled to appear in court June 24.

∎ Michael Morin, 50, of Washington Street, was arrested June 22 and charged with criminal trespass after the police said he was found to be near the New Hampshire Department of Transportation building on Stickney Avenue after being ordered to not be on that property. He was issued a summons to appear in court July 29.

∎ Ogowk Ojullo, 43, of Concord Gardens, was arrested June 22 and charged with disorderly conduct after the police said he parked his car parallel to the rear bumper of another vehicle, blocking the vehicle in, despite there being several open spots in the area. He was issued a summons to appear in court July 29.

∎ Amanda McIntosh, 29, of Ashland, was arrested June 22 and charged with possession of controlled drugs and theft after the police said she was observed stealing several items of clothing from the Sears on Loudon Road. The police said several bottles of prescription drugs containing oxycodone were found in her purse, along with a pill crusher and a straw. She was released on $7,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court June 29.

∎ Trevor George, 40, of Fisherville Road, was arrested June 22 on three bench warrants, two for charges of theft by unauthorized taking and one for criminal trespass. Bail was set at $60 cash and George is scheduled to appear in court July 29.

∎ Keith Coomer, a 60-year-old homeless man, was arrested June 22 on a bench warrant issued for criminal trespass and also charged with possession of alcohol. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court July 29.
