Police: Ga. teen abducted from home found alive

The police identified two men they said were arrested in connection with the abduction of a 14-year-old Georgia girl during a home invasion robbery.

The police said yesterday that Wildrego Jackson, 29, has been charged with conspiracy to kidnap after Ayvani Hope Perez was taken early Tuesday from her Ellenwood, Ga., home. Officials also said Juan Alberto Contreras-Rodriguez, 40, a Mexican national, has been arrested on immigration-related charges.

Two armed men broke into a family home demanding money and jewelry, fatally shot the family’s dog and took the girl from the house, according to the police. The teen was found safe yesterday.

Investigators said the suspects remain at large.
