THE BON-TON STORES raised more than $375,000 for its breast cancer charity partners through its annual Charge Against Breast Cancer, October Pink shops and Community Days booklets sales in 2013. Bon-Ton gave a donation of $80,300 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Other beneficiaries included the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center, Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Iowa, Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation and the Masonic Cancer Center, University of Minnesota.

MID-STATE HEALTH CENTER employees, along with the Mid-State Montessori Center Kindergarten, raised more than $600 and collected several hundred pounds of food, which was presented to Bristol Community Services and Plymouth Area Community Closet. The money was raised by making a donation in order to wear jeans to work for a day.

MERRIMACK COUNTY SAVINGS BANK donated $50,000 to the New Hampshire Historical Society. The society will use the money to develop a new overview exhibition of New Hampshire history.

THE NEW HAMPSHIRE RETAIL ASSOCIATION released a newly designed sales tax free shop-ping logo for use by retailers and businesses across the state.

RESILIENT BUILDINGS GROUP of Concord became a member of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce.

ASSOCIATED GROCERS OF NEW ENGLAND is planning a major expansion of its Pembroke facility, which will increase the scope and speed to shelf of the products and services it offers to its customers. Groundbreaking for the new 105,000-square-foot expansion is scheduled for spring, and construction will be completed by the end of the year. Handling the design/build responsibilities for the expansion is DESIGN GROUP FACILITY SOLUTIONS of Concord.
