SHARI L’ITALIEN was promoted to chief internal audit at Service Credit Union. L’Italien previously served as the credit union’s audit manager since 2005 and the audit department’s assistant manager from 1999 to 2005. She has worked for Service Credit Union for 34 years in various positions.
ANA FORET was promoted to chief risk officer at Service Credit Union, a newly created position. Foret previously served as the credit union’s chief internal audit for the past 10 years. Before coming to the credit union, she worked for McGladrey & Pullen, where she conducted internal audits for credit unions.

CHRIS LICATA, president of Blake’s All Natural Foods in Concord, was named New Hampshire’s Small Business Person of Year for 2014 by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Licata will compete with the nation’s top small businesses for the honor of National Small Business Person of the Year during the SBA’s National Small Business Week celebration, May 12-16. Licata joined his wife’s family’s 85-year-old business, Blake’s Turkey Farm, in Concord in 2006 with a goal to grow the business while still providing healthy food choices.
