SARA FEATHERSTONE joined the Center for Integrative Medicine, an affiliate of Concord Hospital. Dr. Featherstone specializes in holistic treatment of patients with acute and chronic conditions, as well as preventive measures for promoting wellness.
LIZ CHIPMAN of Concord was named interim executive director for Community Alliance of Human Services in Newport. Chipman takes the helm following the departure of retiring executive director Barbara Brill. Chipman was most recently associate director of agency performance management at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
NINA CHANG was named to the board of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants. Chang was also selected to chair the society’s financial careers committee. She is an audit manager with Nathan Wechsler & Co. in Concord.
RUSS HILLIARD, a partner in the law firm of Upton & Hatfield in Concord, was inducted into the “Loyal Order of the Rock” by the Rockingham County Bar Association. In 2004, the “Loyal Order of the Rock” was re-established to honor those members who have practiced law for 30 years or more and who have demonstrated their love of law through their dedication to their clients, community and colleagues.
CHRIS SETA of Hopkinton, ANSON BURT of Westmoreland, SHAUN LAGUEUX of Bristol and MARK DOTY of Madison, Maine, were named to the New Hampshire Timberland Owners Association Board of Directors.
ERIC JOHNSON of Andover received the 2014 Kendall Norcott Award from the New Hampshire Timberland Owners Association. The award is presented to a person who has worked on behalf of the organization above and beyond board involvement and committee work.
BRUCE and DAVID BOVILL of Bovill Brothers Logging in Moultonboro were named 2014 New Hampshire Outstanding Logger by the New Hampshire Timberland Owners Association. The honor recognizes superior performance of a single or multi-crew independent logging contractor.
