ANGELA WALLINGFORD BOVILL was named president and CEO of Lutheran Social Services of New England, succeeding David Forsberg, who has served as the interim president/CEO since May. Forsberg will continue as a senior adviser and government relations consultant for the agency. Bovill joined Lutheran Social Services in 2008 as chief financial officer. She was named chief operating officer in 2011.

The Charter Trust Company of Concord recognized four employees for their service. MARK UNGEWITTER, vice president-investment officer in Concord, was presented with a five-year service award. JACK GRIFFITHS, senior vice president-wealth manager in Meredith, was presented with a 10-year service award. MARTI BEAGAN, investment officer in Hanover and CHRISTINE DONOVAN, chief operating officer in Concord, were presented 15-year service awards.

DERRICK HILL of Pike Industries was named the 2013 president of Associated General Contractors of New Hampshire. Hill serves as the vice president of construction at Pike Industries.

REBECCA EWING of Hopkinton was confirmed for a term on the state Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention, Intervention and Treatment Commission. Her term runs through Oct.4, 2013.

S. DAVID SIFF of Concord was confirmed for another term on the state Compensation Appeals Board. His term runs through Jan. 1, 2016.

CRAIG WIGGIN of Meredith was confirmed for a term on the state Enhanced 911 Commission. His term runs through July 22, 2015.

JASON LYON of Wilmot was confirmed for another term on the state Fire Standards and Training Commission. His term runs through Nov. 12, 2015.
