KRISTA DUPRE joined Nathan Wechsler & Co. in Concord as a manager specializing in tax matters. She received New Hampshire CPA certification in October 2009 and is a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

MURIEL SCHADEE was elected chairwoman of the Concord Hospital Board of Trustees. DR. PHILIP BOULTER was elected vice chairman. Schadee is co-director
of the tax
service division of Nathan Wechsler & Co. in Concord. The new officers join existing
officers MARY BOUCHER, secretary; MICHAEL GREEN, president/CEO; and BRUCE BURNS, treasurer.

ERIC MACAUX joined Rath, Young and Pignatelli in Concord. He will practice as a member of the firm’s Energy Law Practice Group. Prior to joining the law firm, he served as the senior director for strategy and general counsel of the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center.

KERI SICARD of Gilmanton was promoted to senior associate at the intellectual property law firm of Loginov & Associates in Concord. Sicard has been a member of the firm since its founding in 2008.

The American Red Cross of New Hampshire announces the addition of the following four new members to its board of directors: ROXANNE BENZEL of Hopkinton, process improvement engineer at BAE Systems; MARC CARBONNEAU of Exeter, vice president of Commercial and Industrial Finance at the People’s United Bank; DR. THOMAS CONNELLY of Keene, director of nursing at Keene State College; and LISA SWENSON of Hollis, senior vice president of Payor Arrangements and Pricing at Apria Healthcare.

PAULA MINER of Penacook was nominated by Gov. Maggie Hassan for another term on the state Board of Foresters. Her post is subject to confirmation by the Executive Council.

ANDREW MAUCH of Northfield was nominated by Gov. Maggie Hassan for a term on the state Invasive Species Committee. His post is subject to confirmation by the Executive Council.

JANNA HARTLEY of Pembroke was nominated by Gov.
Maggie Hassan for another term on the Volunteer New Hampshire Board of Directors. Her post is subject to confirmation by the Executive Council.

JENNIE DUVAL of Concord was confirmed for another term as state deputy chief medical examiner. Her term runs through Jan. 28, 2018.

DOUGLAS HALL of Weare was confirmed for another term on the state Respiratory Care Practitioners Governing Board. His term runs through March 4, 2016.
