HEALTHSOUTH REHABILITATION HOSPITAL of Concord received top recognition from Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation for the third time. The hospital ranked in the top 10 percent of qualifying rehabilitation hospitals for 2012. UDSMR is a nonprofit group that evaluates rehabilitation hospitals on quality of care that is effective, efficient, timely and patient-centered.
MERRIMACK COUNTY SAVINGS BANK granted $17,000 to the CONCORD AREA TRUST FOR COMMUNITY HOUSING (CATCH) HOME BUYER AND FINANCIAL SUCCESS CENTER. The sponsorship will further CATCH’s mission to provide families with stable, affordable housing.
THE CAPITAL REGION FOOD PROGRAM distributed nearly 3 tons of nonperishable food on March 12 to 17 area food pantries, social service agencies and church groups in the greater Concord area as part of the Year-Round Distribution Project.
COMMUNITY BRIDGES of Concord introduces its Shared Living program. The Shared Living program matches an individual experiencing a disability with an adult, couple or family in the community who is willing to open their home, share their life and provide the individual with the support and care they need to live interdependently in the community.
