New president of New Hampshire Bar Association



Attorney Jaye Rancourt became president of the New Hampshire Bar Association for the 2013-14 term at the association’s annual meeting June 21.

A member of the bar since 1999, Rancourt began her career with the New Hampshire Public Defender’s office. Presently, she is shareholder at Brennan, Caron, Lenehan and Iacopino, practicing in the areas of criminal defense, civil ligation and family law. Rancourt has served the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Board of Governors since 2008.

She is the former chairwoman of the association’s New Lawyers Committee.

In 2009, Rancourt was the recipient of the New Hampshire Bar Foundation Robert E. Kirby Award, an annual award that recognizes the professionalism of attorneys under the age of 35.
