Well folks, it’s been a while. But we’re back from break and ready to roll.

Have you been to the doctor lately? Maybe your’s made New Hampshire Magazine’s 2013 list for top doctor’s in the state.

Among those listed were John Kalliel, M.D., in Manchester (top vote getter for allergy/immunology), Emily R. Baker, M.D., in Concord (top vote getter for fetal care), Janet I. Aug, O.D., in Keene (top vote getter for optomitrists) and Michael McGee, M.D., in Nashua (top vote getter for psychiatry).

Check out the full list online here.

The magazine also did a Q&A with some of the doctors named in the list. Here’s just a taste of what was asked: “Why medicine? Why the field you chose?” and “What makes a great doctor?”

New Hampshire is actually a top-10 state in the nation when it comes to physician-to-population ratio, too.

The state is also seeing an increase in young dentists in the state. 28 new licesences have been given since the beginning of 2013.

So if your sick, chances are you’re near a doctor who might just know what to do.
