GRANITE STATE INDEPENDENT LIVING in Concord is a finalist for the Rising Star Awards in the category of Coolest Companies for Young Professionals. The awards are an initiative of Stay Work Play, in partnership with New Hampshire Public Radio. The Coolest Companies for Young Professionals award honors New Hampshire companies that create environments to attract and retain professionals ages 40 and younger. The awards will be presented 5:30 p.m. Oct. 7 at Pandora Mill in Manchester.
MILESTONE ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION of Concord received LEED Certification for the Lindt & Sprungli Inc. corporate offices expansion in Stratham. The project included a 40,000-square-foot addition and 25,000 square feet of renovation.
