THE NINETY NINE RESTAURANT & PUB in Concord celebrated its grand reopening Oct. 3 after undergoing a refreshing of the restaurant’s decor and amenities.
Before closing for renovations, the restaurant held a silent auction for the plaques and memorabilia that decorated its walls. The Ninety Nine donated the $7,300 raised during the auction to the Concord public school system.

MILESTONE ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION in Concord has completed a 39,000-square-foot warehouse expansion to NEW HAMPSHIRE DISTRIBUTORS in Concord. The project was designed by THE H.L. TURNER GROUP of Concord. The project includes the warehouse expansion, new receiving docks and an expansion to the coolers.

NEW HAMPSHIRE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION will open a full-service office at 47 Main St. in Concord. The credit union will also keep its current office on Airport Road. The two locations will help serve the credit union’s expanded customer base, such as employer groups at Concord Hospital, Lincoln Financial, NE Delta Dental, the City of Concord and Merrimack County employees.

COBB HILL CONSTRUCTION has begun work on a redevelopment project for the Havenwood-Heritage Heights retirement community on East Side Drive in Concord. The extensive redevelopment is designed to update more than 54,978 square feet of new construction, while demolishing 4,658 square feet of existing cottages to provide additional living space, carports, and an updated design that is more reflective of the lifestyle of today’s retirees.

AMOSKEAG BEVERAGES of Bow will receive a job training grant of $27,237 for training up to 175 employees in Customer Service Excellence by Snowden Associates.

TPI STAFFING opened its fifth location in the state in downtown Concord at 10 Dixon Ave. The Concord branch hopes to bring its services to the workforce in the Capital and Lakes regions. Formed in 1987, TPI began as an engineering firm and has evolved into a leader in the staffing industry. TPI has experience in multiple industries and expertise in all things employment.

JOB CREATORS NETWORK and the HOME BUILDERS AND REMODELERS ASSOCIATION OF NEW HAMPSHIRE have formed a new partnership that aims to engage and educate the 60,000 people who work in New Hampshire’s building industry. The association will participate in the network’s Employer to Employee Communication Program that encourages business leaders to involve their employees in the fight to defend free enterprise.
