THE MEREDITH VILLAGE SAVINGS BANK FUND granted $2,500 to the Inter-Lakes Day Care Center and Nursery School. The funds were used to purchase updated cribs that are necessary for the child-care center to meet revised safety rules for infant cribs.

LAKES REGION CUPCAKES of Tilton has started shipping “Cupcake Treats in a Jar.” Ready-to-eat cupcakes in a jar consist of layers of cake, frosting and topping in a jar that have been featured on WMUR’s “Cook’s Corner” segment this month.

ST. MARY’S BANK awarded a $1,000 community outreach grant to Robie’s Country Store Historic Preservation Corporation in Hooksett. The nonprofit group, which owns the store building and related memorabilia, is dedicated to saving the Hooksett landmark. The corporation has owned the building since 1998 and is seeking a new operator to run the store. The last operators closed up shop in September and the corporation has formed an interim committee to seek a new shopkeeper.

CONCORD COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE announces the sale of 701 Riverwood Drive in Pembroke to Izzy Industries, formerly located in Hopkinton. The seller, National Powersports, owned by Nate Sanel and Amy Sanel, moved to a larger facility at 319 Commerce Way in Pembroke to support the growth of the business.
