Letter: Review the voting record

In the June 15 Sunday Monitor, a letter to the editor was published under the caption “Running in District 16” that was written by Jane Cormier.

Cormier was one of Alton’s representatives to the 2014 state Legislature, so I have some familiarity with the person and her legislative record.

Indeed the voters in Bow, Candia, Dunbarton, Hooksett, and Manchester’s Wards 1, 2 and 12 will do well to research Cormier’s record as a state representative. (I would characterize it as extremely conservative.) The voters in District 16 may want a person who consistently votes the Tea Party line as their senator, but they should know that before casting their vote.

Jane's voting record is superb. But, what can one expect from the tax and spend Democrat who wrote this letter?

As opposed to what Bob? Someone who rubber stamps every progressive agenda item, every progressive program and wants to spend us into oblivion. All "conservative" means is to spend less, support wholesome ethics and morals (in most cases), liberty, freedom and leaving people alone who want to live their lives without government and progressive "know it all's" from getting into their private lives.
