Letter: Senseless destruction
There’s something I just don’t understand. I wouldn’t mind a little clarity on it.
Now I understand that young man’s death was tragic down in Missouri, but how in the world does that give people the right to destroy where he lived?
This should be a time to comfort the family for their loss, not a time to destroy the neighborhood. Don’t you think there is enough hatred in the world, enough violence, enough crime?
We are all people, and each and every one of us has only one chance on this rock to make it the best that we can for our families and ourselves. To all of you who destroyed your own neighborhood because that young man got shot, you are what’s wrong with this nation. Now let’s fix it.
