Letter: In Baghdad, just another day

The Boston bombings are awful and so undeserved by those injured or killed, for yet unknown reasons.

However, we should remember that in Baghdad this probably would go unnoticed , simply too few killed. The people of Baghdad have lived with much worse on a daily basis since George W. Bush decided to invade, for knowingly false reasons, and without a day-after plan. The numbers killed are in the high thousands, and Bush seems proud to pronounce himself the “war president.”

Were he the leader of some third-world nation, he would be on a war criminal list. Personally I consider him that.

A few more years of Obama economic policy, and you might get your wish.
