Snuck into the middle of a back and forth between a representation of Democratic and Republican views on current events is a mention of underground power lines - as if that were a hotly contested issue among the people of NH, especially in any kind of partisan political way. The only people not in favor of burying large transmission lines like no. pass are those who stand to profit from it or those who don't know enough about it. It's a completely non-partisan issue . As far as burying local distribution lines, everyone would probably rather they were underground but at 30 feet tall compared to 130 feet, there is no comparison.
