How many voters have been “informed” that Democratic gubernatorial candidate Maggie Hassan doesn’t pay property tax on “her” home?

If anyone had cared to check, her husband is principal of Phillips Exeter Academy, and he has to live on the campus in a school building for his job. The Hassans do not own the home that they live in, but from the constantly running ad, you would think they are getting away with something. The Hassans cannot pay property tax on the house. They do not own it. The tax bill doesn’t come to them. You can’t pay property tax on a property that you don’t own. Is this the level of argument coming from the conservative right? Can we trust any of the information the right is putting out?

Mr. Stone, what that speaks to is the lack of value ( impact) someone would place on such a tax if they are unfamiliar paying one. If her personal net income was reduced by $14,000 per year paying for the property tax on her residence, don't you believe she would think twice before adding 10 or 20 % to that bill? If someone pays no income, sales or property tax ,would you want that person responsible for how we are taxed?
