Letter: I’d like to represent Ward 3
Please consider voting for me for city council in Ward 3.
I have been a Concord resident and homeowner for more than 25 years. During this time, I raised my family, coached Little League and youth hockey and started my own tile and stone business, while also being actively involved in St. Paul’s Church, the chamber of commerce, the trails committee, the Friends Program and BNI. Running hundreds of races for charity is a favorite pastime of mine.
I believe it’s time for a change, time to give back to the community that has been so good to me. I will bring a different perspective to the council, being pro-business with real-world experience. I intend to expand the business base, lower taxes and promote volunteerism. My lifetime of construction and business experience are key to completion of the Main Street project.
Finally, as a member of the trails committee, I am proud to say that we have made tremendous strides. We have completed the Gov. John Winant trail, the Marjorie Swope trail and the West End farm trail. The Riverwalk Merrimack/Greenway Trail is on its way to being the biggest and best trail yet. All this without costing the taxpayers.
Please vote Nov. 5.
