Letter: Champlin in Ward 4
Voters of Ward 4, I urge you to vote for Byron Champlin for city council.
Champlin, a 26-year Ward 4 resident, is no stranger to volunteering his considerable expertise to a variety of Concord community programs. Recently, he has served as chairman of the Creative Concord Committee and as a member of the Concord Economic Development Advisory Committee. He is an executive committee member of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and former chairman of the Capitol Center for the Arts board of directors.
I have been proud to serve with Champlin on the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center Commission where he served as vice chairman. He has received many awards for his work including Concord Business Leader of the Year in 2009, Samuel S. Adams Excellence in Community Leadership in 2010, and the 2011 Above and Beyond award from the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire.
Please vote for Champlin, a knowledgeable, articulate and proven leader. Election Day is Nov. 5.
