Letter: Creating litter
I love reading the Monitor. And I love living in New Hampshire. But I ask that you take a look at the effectiveness of your marketing tools. Leaving the AdVantage section in a plastic bag on the ground below a person’s mailbox at a house that does not have a Monitor box seems to doing a better job at littering than selling. Last week I picked up 11 AdVantages in a 1-mile stretch of our road. One mailbox had five soggy AdVantages at its base. One would think that the person dispensing them would realize that if there are four AdVantages on the ground already – well, you know where I’m going with this. Please consider another type of marketing for our planet’s sake.
