N.H. gets $1.3 million from FEMA for snow removal

The Federal Emergency Management Agency is providing the state of New Hampshire with funding to cover snow removal expenses from a massive storm that swept across the Northeast and southern Canada in February.

Rep. Carol Shea-Porter said yesterday that the
state will receive $1.3
million for snow removal expenses from the Feb. 8-10 storm.

I think I remember that storm. I had to wait a few hours to get out to the open stores to buy beer. A true and devastating disaster in NH. Now I know how those people in Joplin, Missouri felt.
