Letter: Nothing compared to Bush

I see those who oppose the Affordable Care Act are still ranting and raving about President Obama being wrong/misleading/lying about the ACA. More witch hunts, more investigations, more calls for resignations, more repealing.

Where were those who oppose the ACA (Republicans) when George W. Bush told the American people that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction? Where where those who are calling for the president to resign over a faulty website and a clause in the ACA when Bush told us it was a “slam dunk” regarding WMDs? Thousands of Americans were killed, maimed and mentally scarred, even thousands more Iraqis dead because of Bush being wrong/misleading/lying about WMDs.

I would like one, just one, Republican to say Bush lied to us, was wrong, was misleading and should have resigned.

Obama recently apologized and accepted full responsibility for the ACA and its problems. Neither Bush nor anyone in his administration apologized or took responsibility for being wrong/misleading/lying about WMDs.

I’ll take Obama and his being a man and accepting responsibility over Bush, et al, for failing the American people when they were wrong/misleading/lied about going to war and causing untold horror to American servicemen, their families and the American people who footed the bill for President Bush and his cronies being wrong/misleading/lying about WMDs.

HEADLINE: US did find Iraq WMD... There were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq after all. The massive cache of almost 400,000 Iraq war documents released by the WikiLeaks Web site revealed that chemical weapons were found in Iraq and continued to surface for years after the 2003 US invasion, Wired magazine reported. The documents showed that US troops continued to find chemical weapons and labs for years after the invasion, including remnants of Saddam Hussein’s chemical weapons arsenal . 2 ) only an Obamanista would consider what NObama said was an apology. 3) HEADLINE: Iran says Obama administration LIED about details of nuke deal, claiming uranium enrichment will actually INCREASE

I'm pretty sure it was the head of the US intelligence that said it was a slam dunk....the same guy Obama has as his CIA director...

Good luck with that quest! Republicans refuse to take any blame for their mistakes. Instead, it's Obama's fault. Great letter.

except that one thing has nothing to do with another. The fact that one feels that Bush lied has nothing to do with the mess that is Obamacare or Obama's lies.
