First day of school - Kimball Walker at Rumford

Mike Pelletier, center, gives his third-grade students a tour of the new cafeteria kitchen on the first day of school at Kimball Walker at Rumford in Concord on Tuesday, August 31, 2010. The school recently accepted students from the closing Kimball school, and had to re-configure their cafeteria plan to accomodate the larger lunch rush. Pelletier told students that when they go through the lunch line, they must get everything that they want the first time because they won't be able to come back for seconds, as a flight of stairs is involved in moving from the cafeteria to the kitchen.
