The first, and by far the most popular, fall-flavored cake we offer is spice cake with caramel buttercream and apple marmalade. We also offer an almond cake with Swiss apricot preserves and amaretto buttercream. Another option is hazelnut cake; it has a roasted, nutty taste and is wonderful with hazelnut buttercream. Carrot cake (believe it or not) with cream cheese icing is one of our most popular flavors for all occasions. Our carrot cake has pecans in it, which gives it a nice fall feel. And, finally, a fall cake for all those chocolate lovers out there: spice cake with cinnamon buttercream and a touch of chocolate ganache.
This cake, designed to look like a birch tree with the couple's initials engraved in it, is perfect for a fall wedding in New Hampshire.
