Friends say 19-year-old was troubled
Alex Stolte, then 18, rests his head on the shoulder of Heather Welch of Deerfield as she and her husband, Kevin Munroe, hand out food to the homeless near Everett Arena in Concord a year ago. Stolte is now charged with the death of a child.
