Natalia Barroso, 7, sprawls on a table as her mom, Nicole Baxter, tries to get her to put on her hat while leaving the Girls Inc. program at the Green Street Community Center in Concord yesterday. The girls had spent the afternoon writing thank-you notes to “secret snowflakes,” who donated gifts for their holiday party, and wrote their New Year’s resolutions after they completed their homework. Girls Inc. is an after-school and summer program for girls from age 5 to high school that aims to teach them to be strong, smart and bold.
