Late into the search for the perfect tree, the Penacook Village Association experienced their first Christmas miracle of the season. City employee Ryan Rambeau found a nearly 25-foot tree along River Road on Tony Burke’s property. Burke was happy to donate it for the village’s Boudreau Square display. On Wednesday night, more than residents gathered around that tree, now strung with multicolored lights, to listen to Penacook Elementary School students sing and welcome Santa Claus.
